By creating an account or using 909ARENA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
909ARENA is a real-time beat battle platform where music producers compete by creating tracks within a time limit using shared sample packs. Submissions are voted on anonymously by other participants.
You retain full ownership of the tracks you create and upload to 909ARENA. By submitting a track, you grant 909ARENA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to host, stream, display, and reproduce your track for platform purposes — including battle playback, voting rounds, replays, featured track sections, and promotional use (e.g. preview clips on social media or the 909ARENA website). This license is limited to promoting the platform and your participation in it; we will not sell your track or license it to third parties.
This license survives account deletion for tracks you have already submitted, so that completed battles and replays remain intact. If you want a specific track removed, contact us at kontakt@909arena.com and we will delete it within 30 days. If 909ARENA shuts down permanently, this license ends and all submitted tracks will be deleted.
By uploading a track you confirm that: (a) you created it during the battle session using the provided sample packs, (b) you hold all necessary rights to the content, and (c) it does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right. You agree to indemnify and hold 909ARENA harmless from any claims, damages, or costs — including reasonable legal fees — arising from content you submitted that violates these conditions or any applicable law. Mandatory statutory protections under German consumer law remain unaffected.
If you believe content on 909ARENA infringes your rights, send a written notice to kontakt@909arena.com with a description of the work, the infringing URL, and proof of your rights. We will review the request and respond within 7 business days. If a takedown is warranted, we will remove the content promptly.
If your account is suspended or terminated for a Terms of Service violation, your license to use the platform is revoked immediately. 909ARENA may retain your submitted tracks for up to 90 days solely for documentation and moderation purposes, after which they will be permanently deleted.

909ARENA uses virtual coins for cosmetic purchases. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded. Coins may be earned through battles or purchased via our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy).
All purchases are final. Cosmetic items do not affect gameplay. We reserve the right to modify prices, items, and the virtual economy at any time.
Points are earned through battle performance and are used for leaderboard ranking. We reserve the right to adjust point values, reset rankings, or modify the ranking system. Points have no monetary value.
909ARENA is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for data loss, interrupted battles, or downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 909ARENA and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
